Automatic industrial automation line operating in the assembly and testing sector

Automation is used to test and assemble electronic boards on mechanical components. The machine has been designed and built exclusively according to the specific needs of the customer. The automation is a pallet line with dragging on chains moved by gearmotors, the pallets are timed by stoppers for stopping and lifts for release from transport, all managed by the machine movement logic system.

The logic is monitored through memory microchips housed in the pallets, their movement is followed by tools that determine their position along the path.
Along the line there are anthropomorphic robots that follow manipulations totally supervised by artificial vision systems, the tests are carried out by dedicated mechanical organs which are also controlled by vision systems.
The line is fully automatic and has a production capacity of approximately 150 cycles per hour, the cycle is fully programmable via touch screen to set the quantity and type of tests to be followed, programs dedicated to the various models can be created and a database can be created.
