Who we are: Tonelli Macchine s.r.l.

Tonelli Macchine has been operating mainly in the automatic machines sector since 1994 to satisfy the most demanding customer requests, we are able to carry out the design, construction of all components, final assembly and installation at the customer’s premises internally.

Over time, the Company has tried to anticipate the times by equipping itself with new machinery that is technologically in step with the needs of the market, state-of-the-art computer systems to improve production and flexibility.

Tonelli Macchine aims to be a reference company for the design and construction of automatic, robotic and customized systems.

Already from the first projects we realized that customer satisfaction and the achievement of the required results would be obtained only with availability, flexibility, quality, innovation and above all a great passion for the work done.

In many years of experience with careful analysis, research and safety in dealing with problems and awareness of our own means, we have succeeded in operating successfully in the sector of special machines at national and international level, thanks to a team that is always young and with high professionalism.

The continuous Research and Development activity allows Tonelli Macchine to propose innovative applications to the customer ahead of market times. The daily goal of the company is to research and develop cutting-edge solutions in the field of industrial automation, identifying new technologies and production solutions that constitute real added value for customers. This allows us to create solutions that combine innovation, efficiency, reliability and ease of use.

Today, thanks to our A.I.A.G. protocol, the result of years of study and experience in the field, we are able to guarantee a 100% warranty on each of our systems to protect the customer, which we also report in the contractual phase.

Our history

Tonelli Macchine Foundation

The desire to grow and give continuity leads Tonelli Lucio to involve Gasparoli Giuliano and Fronzi Davide to found Tonelli Macchine.

First Numerical Control machines

The growth of the company and customer requests leads to the first step towards technology with the purchase of the first three-axis CNC machining center.

More space

Given the continuous growth of the company, we double the covered area from 250sqm to 500sqm

Change of company name from SNC to SRL

The continuous growth makes us enter the world of small and medium-sized industries

New headquarters

Given the continuous need to provide a better service, we purchased the new headquarters with 1250sqm covered and 130sqm of offices

First 5-axis machining center

The new challenge, Matsuura MX 520 a machine that we were missing with two Hiper Mill cad-cam stations

Expansion of the production plant

Purchase of a portion of the shed of 250 square meters to expand the assembly area with separation of the construction area.
