Attention, the term adaptive does not mean creating and then adapting, but in reality it means that each single automation is created in such a way that it is specifically suited to the existing and / or customer needs. It means making something truly tailor-made for the customer, something as unique as a tailored tailored suit.

The protocol is divided into several steps: organizational, planning and operational where for each of these performance indicators are defined, which measure the effectiveness of the protocol and therefore the results obtained in each phase. If any of these do not have the “pass” the project cannot proceed to the next phase. Each phase is defined in such detail that passing it means having no problems in the future.
