Quality Policy
Given the ongoing evolution and evolving needs of customers, the organization, and stakeholders, in addition to the growing awareness of quality issues, and based on the risks preventively and periodically assessed through a CONTEXT AND STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS, TONELLI MACCHINE Srl intends to consolidate and develop its position in the “Design, construction, and assembly of industrial automation and mechanical components” sector through continuous improvement. To this end, Management has defined the following strategic objectives for its quality policy, consistent with the company’s purpose, context analysis, and corporate strategies. Therefore, TONELLI MACCHINE Srl’s quality policy is expressed as follows:
Meeting customer needs, which in practice translates into:
- Reliability and Speed
- Product Quality
- Satisfying customers, end users, and all stakeholders, taking into account their needs, assessing related risks and opportunities, and implementing concrete actions to achieve the objective;
- Acquiring new customers;
- Constantly monitoring compliance with agreed-upon deadlines.
Training and resources, which form the basis for achieving quality objectives.
Staff training, motivation, the availability of adequate resources, and the selection and development of qualified suppliers are the strengths of TONELLI MACCHINE Srl in achieving its quality objectives.
The key aspects of human resources training are:
- culture (a change in mindset, open to the philosophy of quality);
- attitude (approach to quality and interpersonal relationships);
- professionalism (basic and specific knowledge of individual activities);
- action (ability to perform tasks independently).
Strategy and Improvement. Management defines quality objectives, which it periodically reviews to ensure their relevance and effectiveness for the purposes of continuous improvement and the revision of its “Policy.”
The objectives can only be achieved through the collaboration of all company functions, pursuing consistency between those of each area and the global objectives. Continuous improvement is essential, which can be achieved through ongoing monitoring of services, operational processes, organization, professionalism, and culture, as well as through the reduction of non-compliance, the reduction of “non-quality” costs, the care of resources, and the corporate image, which enable the acquisition of larger market shares, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and the appreciation and trust of the community.
The General Management also promotes the implementation, improvement, and development of the Quality System and ensures that the management principles contained in the Manual, procedures, and instructions are disseminated, understood, and shared by all employees and collaborators.
